We develop high quality homes and vibrant communities that are designed to last.
Our projects include large development and regeneration schemes and smaller residential homes. We build affordable housing and homes for outright sale through Persona homes. We don’t just build houses, we build homes and communities where people want to live. It’s so much more than bricks and mortar.

We have lots of development roles available. These range from development and delivery, to sales and aftercare.
For our development and delivery colleagues, no day is the same. They find new sites to develop, prepare legal documents and run financial modelling. They also manage construction on site. They work with contractors before handing sites over to our sales team too.
Our sales colleagues generate interest in our new homes and manage sales. This starts at legal set up and includes viewings and helping customers put a unique stamp on their home. This rewarding role supports our customers on their journey to owning a home.
Our aftercare colleagues support customers during the first two years in their homes. Our passion for helping our customers doesn’t stop after we had over the keys.
