Our crisis services are designed to provide a short-term placement for people who have reached a level of crisis and distress that cannot be resolved in their home. People using our services need a safe place to regroup and re-stabilise with a knowledgeable and skilled team around them.
Natalie House, Southampton case study
Natalie House is a residential care home in Southampton offering 24 hour support. It contains ten spacious furnished single rooms. It provides person-centred support to customers for a year before customers move to more independent living.
Edendale House, Blyth case study
Edendale House is a ten unit service in Blyth, Northumberland. It provides a therapeutic environment to support recovery, working closely with partners to ensure a multi-agency approach to address multiple and complex support needs.
Gateshead young people, case study
Gateshead young people’s service provides 21 units of accommodation with 24/7 support for 16-25 year olds with mental health and complex needs. The service offers self-contained and shared accommodation and operates over two main sites. It also provides dispersed properties for move on accommodation.
