The level of this support is flexible and designed around customer and commissioner requirements. Some services are specialised for young people, whilst others are open to all ages.
What do we offer?
These accommodation based services are offered in a range of self-contained, shared accommodation and dispersed properties.
The service delivers Living Independently, Feeling Enabled (LIFE) support practice and a Psychologically Informed Environment.
The services support people to learn and develop life skills and manage their individual person centred recovery. Some services offer homes for life whilst some aim to support people to move into their own homes after a short time.
These services may have clinical colleagues embedded at service level, some are registered with the Care Quality Commission and others are supported by our central clinical team.
